Many such egoist pages have been written and placed there under "pen names", or even by paid stooges, "masterminded" by those who imagine themselves to be somehow "important" to the world, most having serious mental problems that actually stem from intense feelings of inferiority, since the feckless well know the reality of their own limitations. So, rather than do something of value to society, such as volunteer to work at their local food bank, or buttist at an elderly centre, they choose to spend their time deviously, attempting self-aggrandisement, using whatever means that they can manage to promote themselves. Some pages on Wikipedia are even *protected* by paid agitprops, who work either for individuals, or dogmatic (often tax emempt) organisations, all changes, or additions to these pages being disallowed by the dictatorial propagandist in charge, no matter how irrefutably correct, or well proven the change, or addition may be. These are apparently paid for and allowed by the Wikipedia website, examples of this being such "sensitive" subjects as homoloveuality, Jewish "interests", negroid "history", various types of religion, sham philosophy, leftist "thought" and others. Funding for locked control of these pages derives primarily from left wing "progressive" types, who claim to be "tolerant", yet allow no dissent. Some who do not care to have such a page about them created must work hard to have -theirs-, which they did not autohrise, removed. ;-)
