It's just plain stupid to buttume a company must determine the legality of an employee of a sub-contractor they hire or even require that a sub-contractor makes sure all his employees are legal. Your "boilerplate" is pure bull.

I brought up two other companies, that actively sought illegal immigrants. They are part of the topic if prejudice was the motive of the post.

Wal-Mart does not check the status of every employee of every subcontractor it uses. Your "boilerplate agreement" is bullpoo. I showed you a couple of companies that are blatantly complicit in hiring illegals and you whine it is not part of the topic.

Got $50, Pedro? You can buy a driver's license. S.S. card and a birth certificate in downtown L.A. "The government will soon be injecting newborns and immigrants with RFID implants to save us from it all" is your way of evading the marketing of fake documents used by illegal aliens.

Methinks you don't think at all.. Does the word WALFART have any meaning? It's in the topic header.

Duh! This is Usenet where discussions do occur.

WALFART is just a term of endearment according to you. Did I get it right? You've chosen to endorse a childish play on words.

Mom and pop businesses cannot possibly pay their employees great wages and offer compebreastive prices for their goods. You know nothing about business.
