Union Law Breakers

BUT no one and I mean no one, not the police, not the MTA and NOT EVEN THE UNION do a thing about it.

Mayor Bloomberg don't point your finger at me and talk about law breakers! Look at the MTA. Where are the DAMN POLICE REPORTS that by law should be filed when we are struck by rocks, pellot guns and more.

Every day the MTA sets up conditions to make me VIOLATE THE LAW. What is this called in "Transit Culture"?. Well when you make your tight timepoints and violate the law with out an accident it is called "being a Professional".

Now my brothers and sisters in the ATU726 and TWU 100 the time has come to PAY for accepting "plantation mentality". We have such a feeling of HELPLESSNESS that to maintain the "bravado" needed to perform our tasks we have to have this strike and be percieved by the public as nuts but at least fierce! This "bravado" is needed to perform our jobs even if it is superficial and not backed by the MTA. We like Adult Children of Alcoholics maintain the "family secrets" and thus maintian the schema of "plantation mentality" that Trousaint spoke about. To operate a bus we need respect and authority. But the MTA does not give it to us. Yet they benifit from the strike as we are then percieved by the public as having guts even if they hate us.

So go ahead my brothers and sisters in the ATU and TWU turn the other way while punks ride for free on the bus and you simmer with anger while the honest citizen pays his-her fare. Remember when we get hit with the Taylor Law the PUNKS and the MTA are counting on you to maintain your silence so business can go on as usual.

*Pull out an unsafe bus since you FEAR the pbuttengers who will ridicule you if you wait and take a safe bus and be late! Not to mention being late for a relief and-or short swing.

NOW BE LABELED A LAWBREAKER AND PAY HEAVY FINES TO PROTECT PUNKS AND THE MTA! Oh yes and I am called nuts for argueing this! My brothers and sisters in the ATU and TWU we have believed our situation was hopeless! That the only way to better our lives was to get an increase in runs! To acheive this increase it was believed it is better to make the public believe the bus is safe! Has this helped? They think we have a easy job and we made them believe it so we could get an increase in runs. We are worse now then before. So go ahead maintain your SILENCE and protect the MTA BOARD and the Punks who ride our buses for FREE while honest folks don't know what the heck is going on here with this strike. Why would they know? We have played our "ROLE" as dictated by "TRANSIT CULTURE". Speak out my brothers and sisters OR pay the Taylor Law fines so the MTA and the PUNKS can continue their theft of public service!
