Why isn't the state involved in contracts involving business partners? No it doesn't. Judges can be... CentralTexas I gotta go with the lady on this one. The lady is speeding. She gets stopped. Is asked to get out of the car twice. For all we know, the call she was making was to the hospital to see how her critically injured son was doing. Or she could have been having a heart attack and was calling an ambulance. The cop could have asked her if the call was an emergency; he didn't. Finally, when she doesn't get out of the car after the second request, the cop pulls out his taser which 'looks like he's pointing a gun at her. She freaks. He tases her. It' important to note. he threatened to tase here exactly 14 seconds after his first contact with her. First. Why did he ask her to get out of the car? I've been stopped before for traffic violations. I have never been asked to get out of the car. The cop just takes my DL, does his business while my butt is still in the driver's seat. Second. The cop was disreprectful to her from the get-go. Instead of 'Good afternoon mam, do you know why you were stopped." He said, quote: "You wanna put out your cigarette and step out of the vehicle for me," with a kind of snotty tone. Sure the cop is paranoid with every stop he makes. Rightfully so with all the nuts out there. But that doesn't give him the right to bully citizens or be rude to them from the start of a stop. This cop did just that to this lady. Evidently she reacted in kind. Her moaning was kind of comical. Sounded to me like she was having a great time!
