Of course you didn't agree with everything Ghoulie did, only the things he was doing against "criminals", like having children forced to kneel in the streets in public on the pretext of having them searched for guns or drugs.

You were down with the stop and search programs that the police went wild with in only the cities poorest neighborhoods, causing young men to be stopped and searched several times while trying to simply get from the subway to their homes, after school or work, and stopped several more times, if they ventured out to visit a relative or friend who lived a few blocks away.

Yet, you approved of the cops not doing these things in the cities better neighborhoods, like the east and west village etc., And, of course you added your objections to the policeman who shot the robber on Broadway in the Wall street district. But, then they didn't need your help to stop such behavior, since they had clout and reach enough to quash Ghoullie themselves.

Yeah, you're some civil libertarian all right!
