I thought that should have been investigated further, a lot of things didn't seem right to me about it all. But, also bear in mind that the Chinese are not considered "sworn enemies" of the United States whom we had no diplomatic or economic contact with and were on an adversarial plane at the time. It's not a valid comparison, even though I do think the actions taken by the administration at the time potentially compromized our security. Oddly, I don't recall saying I supported the actions of Daschle. I said I personally question things, as anyone should. I bet you weren't calling Gingrich and Dole "obstructionist" when they tried to stop Clinton's actions, were you? I didn't, it's simply parts of the checks and balances that our sytem has. You better be careful throwing those buttumptions about, it's way too easy to walk into hypocrisy.
