Time and again it has failed. If fails, however, sooner than later if they have no wars or enemies to "fight". Otherwise, they have the opposition to blame for their failures and inability to perform. Much the same as Conservatives are doing here! Without an election to win, their own failures and inability to reason correctly becomes increasingly apparent, even to their own supporters. Look how Bush blatantly disrespected his supporters by letting them know publicly that he did not care about their farm subsidies? What a shock for these people to learn that the man they voted for to stop homoloveual marriages was also against them putting their hands into the gov't till. Oh well. I guess many of them now realize that Bushs' only interest in them was that they could be manipulated based on their religious beliefs, so he need not be concerned with whatever else they might want him to do for them. After all, he succeeded in playing them for fools, what would they deserve?
