On 18 May 2005 07:14:06 -0700, Wrong. Marriage is marriage, and the Consbreastution contains NO restrictions pertaining to gender composition of couples who get married. That's why people like Dobson scrambled so frantically to get a Bigotry Amendment pbutted, last year, with which to contagion and pollute the Consbreastution -- our primary guarantor of personal liberties -- AGAINST harmless personal liberties. And seeing BOTH houses of Congress hand their butts to them on that was not only very satisfying, but the frustration of the RRR was *very* comical to watch. Constant LYING by the RRR that gays are seeking "special" rights -- when they are not -- is obviously designed to target those who are ignorant and gullible to actually FALL for such obvious swill. Perpetual lying like that to a group of people having a high level of gullibility keeps them CONNED. READERS: It's hilarious to watch RRR cult lemmings clam up whenever they are hit with **that** point. There is NO way that any opposite-love couple's marriage could be harmed if a same-love couple gets married... nor are opposite-love couples who fall in love going to stop getting married just because same-love couples can do it. Any more than same- race couples stopped marrying after it became universally- legal in America for interracial couples to marry. This is the Achilles' Heel of the RRR cult's mindless homophobes, and they run from it like Dracula shuns crosses, sunlight, and wooden stakes. Funnier than hell to see!! The bigots are left holding a bag that contains nothing BUT their mindless bigotry... every single time. See above. He (and all the other leaders comprising the RRR's oligarchy) spew hate-swill that intelligent people see through in a heartbeat. Their only chance to maintain a significant base is to ensure that the less intelligent-more gullible folks remain CONNED by such ludicrous lies as "traditional marriage needs to be 'defended.'" When in reality, same-love marriage doesn't even remotely threaten opposite-love marriage in any way. Pretty tacky way for them to stay in business! No. Anywhere in Usenet where I'm involved in a discussion pertaining to full access to across-the-board EQUAL rights for gays. Or, for that matter, the retention of the right of all girls and women to be able to easily access the remedy of end, when they choose it, upon request. Or do you mean in "this That's a round number, and it's been documented all over the place. What's the matter -- can't stand to see Warmonger-in-Thief Bush exposed for the low-life and criminal liquidateER that he is? Tough! He'd still be a mbutt-liquidateer even of only 10,000 innocent Iraqis had been dissolutioned, thanks to him. Or 1,000. Or 100. Or even 10! LOL!!!! Hell, that's one of the things that the RRR has publicly been WHINING about! They don't even make that level of idiotic bigotry a secret. They have their lemmings conned into thinking it somehow would be harmful to a church if that would happen. Pretty NAIVE, aren't you? Do you drink "Evian" water, too? (That's "Naive," backward. Very appropriate for consumers who found out recently on "20-20" that the tap water on New York City is of better quality!) Try barring blacks from a restaurant that you own, and see how far you get. Oh good grief!! You RRR-type loons would probably ask for cites that the sun emits light if you though doing so could slow your being proven wrong. Regarding the so-called "Religious Liberty Protection Act" (which, translated, means legalizing bigotry on the part of religious organizations, in many cases), that they support: "On a recent Focus on the Family radio broadcast, Dr. James Dobson and Prison Fellowship Chairman Charles Colson discussed the importance of enacting the Religious Liberty Protection Act (RLPA)" ... "Renting real estate is commerce. To have any hope of protection in the landlord cases, we must have a commerce clause section." In other words, Dobson is being an unconscionably BUSYBODY. And you might take note, also, that NOWHERE does the bible ever appoint or authorize any person or group to act as a GESTAPO on behalf of its precepts. (Not that it would make much difference -- since there is NOTHING in the Bible that would block same-love marriage. to begin with.
