Obviously you have not read the Criminal Code of Canada... it is quite specific on what consbreastutes breaking the law. Then that state would be codified into the law... Then why bother having laws at all? We could save a lot of Parliament's time and a lot of taxpayer dollars buy just having presumptions instead of laws. Because loveual functions are irrelevant to marriage. A war veteran who had his crotch shot off can still get married despite his lack of loveual organs. Only in the minds of those who see a marriage license as a f***ing-breeding license... Where can I find that in Canadian law? Not at all... it is just following the rules of debate.
