'Cause I understand you have mostly Asians there for immigrants, and Asians in the US are the so-called model minority who make property values go up when they move into a neighborhood. Many NYC nabes suffering from "White Flight" in the '60s and '70s got turned around and resuscitated economically not with government hand-outs but by hardworking Asian immigrants.
