When I read the Seattle Times today, I happened to catch an article on a cause being worked on by the NAACP. A DUI driver claimed he was handled roughly when he did not comply with an Officer who had knocked on his closed car window to comply with standard identification screening and follow up on erratic driving. 1. Even with a Police computer interface into every moving vehicle's computer on the road and a device that will conduct a DNA verification of the driver of a stopped vehicle for the Officer before they approach.....The device will determine living tissue via pulses...... What's my point? Clear is a color. The driver didn't immediately roll down his window.
