Blacks and hispanics just have a louder culture to begin with, and on top of that, they have a sense of victimhood where you just can't argue with them -- it's like trying to tell a woman she's wrong: instead of investigating the truth of the matter, it becomes an issue of loveism! Likewise, for blacks and hispanics, instead of considering that someone's not going to bother asking them to be quiet unless it's really bothering the person, they get all offended and make it an issue of their rights (while forgetting about their responsibilities) and your racism, etc. So I might as well be a racist! I don't care what you call it...if it's true, it's true -- and it's true that blacks and hispanics got a noisy brash culture that doesn't stop with the setting sun! It's like with these pig-f***ing muslims that want to get offended for anything -- f*** you, YEAH, this is a war against islam, and f*** your jew-copying religion, the scientology of its day!! Right now at ten-thirty on a Sunday morning los cacarachas out there are jibbering and jabbering away, and have been since about nine-thirty...WTF is this?? They do this EVERY f***ING DAY...you Brits ought to thank God you don't have los hispanicos to deal with on top of them muslims. Yes, but percentage-wise, when it comes to noise, it seems that blacks and hispanics just have a totally different take on it, given their culture. Speaking of culture, I also can say that Asians tend towards "cluttered living"...Japanese apartments are notorious for their lack of real estate, even when compared to NY studios! It's enough that one out of four black males between 17 and 33 are in jail or have been jailed...what, you need 100% certainty before you decide to avoid that surly looking youth cake-walking at you on a dark night? Oh, wait, you're a Jew, you love blacks. Never mind.
