It was a discussion of circumcision and I said that to be a Jew you MUST be circumcised at 8 days old. Sure Muslims do it too but it's not mentioned in the Koran and it seems to be just a custom. If female circumcision is illegal so should male circumcision but you can't be objective if male circumcision is something you've always been taught was good, especially when its connected to the very heart of a religion, the covenant that allegedly God made with Abraham. The problem is that the Jews arguing for cicumcision won't just say, well this is our believe and that's why we do it etc They all have to bring in what I view as pseudo scientific "studies" proving that it's good for your health! Much as they try to argue that Kosher food is better than ordinary food lol Circumcision is a sacrificial ritual which was introduced to replace human sacrifice. Remember the story of Abraham and his son Issac? BTW, what they practised was not even circumcision as is done today since it only involved cutting off the tip. It was later when many Jewish men were immitating the Greeks and stretching their forskins to look like Greeks that the Rabbis twarted this by introducing the circumcision that we know today where it removes everything making it impossible to stretch the skin over the glans. Did you receive a ritual circumcision at 8 days old by a mohel? Were they from Germany? Then perhaps you would qualify as the ideal Nazi haha I respect I don't when they are forced on infants. If you're an adult then you can do as you please. But that applied to Christians as well only it was Sunday but does anyone follow it? But a rule of the Catholic church was just a rule, like priests not marrying. It was not the very essence of the religion like circumcision-the covenant. BTW, some Catholic priests can marry. There's a small number who belong to the eastern rite of the Roman Catholic Church who may marry. I can't work on Saturdays.
