Don't go there, baby cakes. You can't afford to... "Germane," honey drops. Yes. Really. Even a poo newsreader like O.E. will allow you to order postings a number of different ways. Of course, in the old days many news readers (rn-tin) fed you articles in the order of arrival. You could do threading, sure, but you were missing something... "Germane," sugar lumps. I've already explained it to you twice, and yet we see you are unable to wrap your little mind around *Anything* that doesn't agree with your perspective... Spitzer demonstrates that, unlike you, I wasn't spewing random accusations. I wasn't just stating that you can't separate a conclusion from raw data, I was demonstrating that this has been a problem for you for quite some time. This isn't open for debate. It wasn't "various social pressures," it was marriage: Of course the Vatican is :-) - estimates are that 25 to 50 percent of priests are gay! It is primarily because in some Catholic-dominated cultures, the only acceptable way for a guy to not get married to a woman was to become a priest. No "Various social pressures" in that. Nope. Only marriage. As obvious as my response was to your question, long before you ever asked it.... looking for turnkey successlooking for turn-key success what i'm looking for i told the guy again is a turn-key success the man didn't turn around but kept... And, not seeing a potential for love-romance in their life, they had no reason to not become priests. And Gay people, thanks to homophobic cultures, are often denied that option. The love & romance option. It's not open to them... or at least not in any way that makes itself obvious (because if it was obvious to a clueless young kid, it would be obvious to the rest of the homophobic culture as well). But you haven't been able to keep track of what you said, so I'm not surprised that you haven't the faintest clue regarding what you've been responding to... On the bright side, given your "Gift," you can just decide that the above never existed, or at least it wasn't Goering... German... "Germane." Don't we all, sweet lips. Don't we all... Far stronger than anything you've made the mistake of spewing, as your own little theory failed to account for why more priests are not heteroloveuals. And yet Spitzer did exactly that. I guess this is why "An appeal to authority" is generally considered an invalid form of argument. A: This study is crap B: It can't be crap, it's buttociated in some small way with Columbia University! Hint, hint, hint, hint: The study is judged by the merits (lack there of) of the study, not any University you'd care to buttociate with it. And, as I said, my issue with Spitzer was in his (lack of) judgment in undertaking such a study. Given the circumstances, I seriously doubt *Anyone* could have produced a decent study which could survive scrutiny. And, yes, I not only believe that other researchers would have pbutted on the... on the... the... the "opportunity" to attempt research under those conditions, I was under the impression that several have pbutted on it. No smarter researcher would have performed a better study than Spitzer. A smarter researcher would have refused such a study under the given conditions. You're getting dizzy, my little peach.
