Because the point is that anyone who didn't automatically dismiss the troll's claims certainly wasn't thinking. So you're saying that there were several Catholic priests involved in the recent scandals that suprpbutted him easily? In the same sense that it would be physically possible for you to throw a pair of dice 2,000,000 times and have a pair of sixes come up every time... It's not the least bit realistic, but it is "physically possible." And as I pointed out, even with the benefit of trust on their side, that didn't stop the priests from getting caught. If it weren't for the Catholic church talking many of the victims out of pressing charges, they would have been in prison decades ago. You did realize that was the point of the scandal, that the church knew what these priests were doing? And yet the most prolific of them had under 90 victims, after living well beyond 60, with regular access to a steady stream of alter boys. Oh, please. That ain't the half of it. They'd not only have to find tens of thousands of victims, but tens of thousands of victims who would never report them. They're not similar for other reasons. Like a priest having a legitimate reason to be with a steady stream of boys, they being alter boys. Like a priest having the trust of the community and his victims. Like how he got caught a number of times, but was protected by the church who talked the victims out of pressing charges. With *Everything* stacked in his favor, he still got caught. He got caught numerous times. If he hadn't been a priest he would have been in jail years earlier. So, yeah, BIG difference there. Huge difference.
