Rampant promiscuity is the way of life in some parts of Africa. Of course the number of infection is tremendous. Take the rampant promiscuity, add the filthy hygiene, include terrible 'hospitals', and that will equal a tremendous amount of infection. Here in the US, better education about it, the best hospitals, and it still runs rampant primarily in the male homoloveual lifestyle. Another type of a filthy unhygienic 'way of life'. Recent studies is that hiv infection is once again on the rise for the gays here, especially San Francisco, the mecca of gays. A vastly growing number of gay men just don't care anymore and are reckless. They are the next 'generation' that aren't as scared or fearful as the one previous when hiv came about. Stop making excuses for dangerous behavior. JD The hard fact is that so long as Saddam remains in power, he threatens the well-being of his people, the peace of his region, the security of the world. The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government -- a government ready to live in peace with its neighbors, a government that respects the rights of its people. -Bill Clinton 1998 "Ah yes, we must mollify angry fanatics who seek our destruction because otherwise .. they might get mad and seek our destruction." - Ann Coulter 9-26-2002 Kerry: Iraq Is Part of The War On Terror CNN Wolf Blitzer Reports KERRY: "Today marks a tragic milestone in the war in Iraq. More than 1,000 of America's sons and daughters have now given their lives on behalf of their country, on behalf of freedom in the war on terror. I think that the first thing that every American wants to say today is how deeply we each feel the loss."
