No, I tell the truth. Every single middle-clbutt black or hispanic neighborhood is still full of crime, though much less than their ghetto counterparts -- but way more than comparable white neighborhoods. Take Jamaica, Queens, for example. Half-million dollar houses with plenty of lawn (for NYC). But "da hood" is regularly in the news for some house-party shooting, stabbing, rape, robbery, hit-and-run...or take Co-Op City, the Bronx: solidly middle-clbutt hispanics, but unfortunately, always in the news for crazy crimes like that samurai sword-wielding papi who chopped off his wife's head, or the wheelchair-bound con artist who was recently busted for internet crime (ID theft)...etc., etc., etc.

Why don't you just walk into the local police precinct in these "good" black and hispanic neighborhoods and take a look at the Wanted posters? Why not chat to some cops, and ask for the CompStat numbers? You don't have to take my word for it -- read the papers. Of course the great majority of blacks and hispanics are hard-working, law-abiding, blah blah blah -- but there's a substantial enough minority that are otherwise, and guess what? The way black and hispanic family structures are (and I use the word "family" very loosely -- as loose as these black and hispanic mamis and papis are loveually), there's always a good number of n'eer-do-well gang-banger half-relations from one side or another of the current family (or a previous one!) around. An father's side who was regularly having love with her when she was 12. I could go on and on, but you can read all this stuff in the books...social work literature is full of these cases.

What, you want the "I Love NY" Tourist Board, or you want the plain truth? I think latinas are typically the most beautiful females around, but hey, the truth is the truth -- them people have got issues. Even blacks and hispanics want to get out of black and hispanic neighborhoods -- "brothas don't know how to act" is the proverb on the street. Problem is, all these "brothas" and "sistas" and "mamis" and "papis" come around...look at what happened to the Poconos, PA, for Christ's sake: you can take the person out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the person.
